The HR Certification Institute^® (HRCI^®) High Performance Leadership Academy has been designed and developed in collaboration with the Professional Development Academy, General Colin Powell, Marshall Goldsmith, and over 3,000 C-suite leaders and top academics. This 12-week online facilitated program is a comprehensive, whole solution to make leaders better. Content focuses on the most important leadership capabilities and skills which will enable first- and mid-level managers to be more effective in their roles, enable greater team performance, and deliver additional business value.

Without traveling away from the office, participants will use an online, interactive learning platform to engage in live events, video sessions and breakout group discussions.

What is the time commitment?

This High Performance Leadership Academy is designed to maximize ROI on participants’ time and consists of 12 one-week modules with a time commitment of 30-60 minutes per day. Courses can be completed on the participants’ schedule and accessed online anywhere. Graduates of the program earn 54 HRCI Continuing Education Credits towards HRCI re-certification.
